Please ensure all items are in their original, unworn condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all garment tags and hangers are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postage location.

  Refund Processing

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
